Limmud Michigan 2020

A moderator will introduce the group and its history, explaining the principles of dialogue.  Two Jewish and two Palestinian group members will talk about their experiences with the issue of Israel/Palestine by telling their personal narratives.  Presenters will highlight how this issue affected them, why they came to this group, personal transformation through the conversations, and struggles they continue to face.  Members embodying different perspectives and various periods in recent history will highlight the variety of approaches and challenges in dealing with this difficult topic.  Members of BIZ will be available for questions and discussion afterward, including offering thoughts about duplicating our group in other communities.
